Meet the Author

John M. Giffen is an award-winning real estate broker, manager, agent, author, speaker, and real estate educator. He is the Director of Broker Operations for Benchmark Realty, LLC, one of the fastest-growing independent real estate companies in North America. John is a Tennessee Real Estate Commission-approved course provider and instructor, as well as the author of several continuing education courses on real estate. He has numerous designations and certifications from the National Association of REALTORS® as well as other industry-related organizations.  In 2014, he was named REALTOR® of the Year by the Williamson County Association of REALTORS®.  John and his wife, Michelle, have three adult children and reside in Franklin, Tennessee.
